Exchanges & Returns
From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your item(s). Within these fourteen days, you can return and/or exchange the item unworn and undamaged. If an item is damaged, please contact us first.
Please note! Pantyhose and underwear are excluded from the return policy.
Return instructions:
1. Log in: Log in to your account and go to the order you want to return something from, or use the button at the bottom of your order confirmation. Indicate what you want to return and the reason for the return. If you want to exchange something, you can also indicate this in the comments. We will then check the stock, and if the item is available, we will set up an exchange for you. We will cover the shipping costs for re-sending the item.
2. Packaging: Carefully pack the items you are returning. Make sure all products are in perfect condition and packaged in their original packaging. Then pack the items in an additional package, for example, the shipping bag in which you received the order. Remove or cross out the previous shipping label.
3. Shipping: Take the return package to a nearby parcel point. Provide our return address, and they will print a shipping label for you, or create an online label via your preferred carrier. It is also possible to purchase a DHL return label from us for €5.95. Indicate this in your return request. Keep your proof of shipment safe until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
4. Processing: Your return shipment is now on its way to us. Upon receipt of your package, we will initiate the refund or exchange as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that the refund or exchange may take some time.
Return conditions:
1. The customer has 14 days to revoke the order (report a return).
2. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return it.
3. The refund should take place within 14 days of the return notification.
- Pack the item in an extra box or shipping bag. Do not stick tape/stickers or write on the original packaging (e.g., shoe box);
Make sure there is a packing slip or a note with your name and order number (found in the confirmation email) in the return package so we can easily identify who the package is from.
Hygiene items, such as tights, socks, and underwear, may not be returned after opening the packaging.
Return shipping costs
The costs for shipping (returning) an item are at your own expense. If you return items to our store, there are, of course, no costs involved.
Damages
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packed when returned.
Refund of the amount to the consumer
Amounts will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. The purchase amount will be refunded via your original payment method. This also applies to returns in our store.
